Return & Refund Policy

At Smart Mart, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your phone if it is defective, incorrect, or you simply do not like it. Used phones are also accepted for return.

Smart Mart will pay the return courier charges. To arrange a return, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.

After we receive and inspect the returned phone, we will issue your refund within 24 hours. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
